Thanks for inspect this home so fast on such a short notice, the report looked very professional, unfortunately we didn't purchase the house because of the crack and drainage of the garage floor, we just didn't want to take the risk of expensive repairs in the future, also the sagging of the deck in the back was another thing we didn't like , it just did not look right to us and we hope the owner will find another potential buyer.
Again Russel it is nice knowing you and thanks again for being able to find time to help us so fast.
