After this last year purchasing several homes, we were referred to Walter at Ace Inspections and also another gentleman that was referred to us. Walter did 3 inspections the other fellow once. For the $100 difference, you get what you pay for as the saying goes. Walter was incredibly thorough and professional, his reports are amazingly detailed with photos and outlining exactly the issues. Very thorough well documented inspection report. Especially photos available for viewing since I was unable to be present at the inspection. I didn't have to guess at what he meant from written explanation and photos received.
Not sure if the price for the size home inspected was reasonable or not maybe $50 more than other people, but as they say you get what you pay for and I am having a lot more than $50 work at the sellers expense because of the inspection findings.
