I would absolutely recommend Anthony to any friends buying a new home! The service was extremely professional and thorough. He was very personable and easy to work with, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing, and answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to help me understand some of the technical terms and the importance of each aspect of the inspection. This was especially helpful to me as I was previously unfamiliar with the process. Communication in setting up and confirming our appointment was extremely efficient, and he is very quick to get back to you whether it is to answer a simple question or to deliver your official inspection report. I would recommend Anthony to all my friends-- particularly first time home buyers. He provided excellent and thorough service, from top to bottom of my home. I was a bit hesitant at first given the magnitude of my purchase (i was a first time buyer) but Anthony made me feel at ease. While he is very professional, he is also very personable. The entire inspection took about 2 hours-- so he certainly took his time. What i really liked was how he took the time to explain the deficiencies he found and did not "talk over" my head. Rather he spoke in layman's terms with respect to everything he was observing and noting and strove to ensure i understood everything. Furthermore, he had great presentation and provided a lot of useful content and pictures in his reports. I already recommended him to friends!

As first time home buyers everything is new to us including the inspection process.
