We were very impressed with Mr. Grinstead. He was very thorough with his inspection and the way he checked everything. He gave pointers on gutters that were very helpful. Rick does a thorough job. He clearly states what his realm of expertise includes and what you can expect from him. What is unexpected, is his "off the cuff" useful tidbits (that are "out side" the inspection report) that you would miss if you did not accompany him on the inspection. It pays to bring a pen and clipboard to highlight tidbits of interest and followup actions (e.g., proper chain drive lub technique on door opener, how to detect deteriaion of roof vent "boot" deteriation before it begins to leak, etc).

I was at a loss as to who to call and went to Angies List. Accu-Rite's name came up with amazing recommendations - including an Angies List endorsement. I called him and spoke on the phone. Very personable and courteous. We were on a short time frame and Rick was able to accommodate us. Rick's attention to detail and ability to shed light on questions we had was incredible.
