We schedule inspections seven days a week, yes even on Sundays. Our phone is always answered LIVE, by a knowledgeable staff member, weekdays between 8AM and 7PM and Saturdays between 10AM and 3PM. If you prefer to schedule online, you may do on our website.
All inspections are performed by Tony Di Ioiro, a retired Major, US Army Corp of Engineers who holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has +35 years of construction management experience. His unique training and experience comes from his role as Quality Control Manager and Construction Manager of many different types of building projects, both residential, and commercial. Not in the office but on the job site!
You can trust Tony to perform an independent, unbiased property inspection and provide a clear concise report that is thorough, easy to understand and which includes many photos and necessary videos to explain any deficiecies found. Reports are usually available as an email link to our client within 24 hours of the inspection and are also securely accessible online. We will not share the report with anyone unless instructed by our client. Executive and Celebrity Confidentiality Agreements are accepted.
