Wonderful inspector Danny!! If there was a rating of 100, I would give this company and Inspector Danny that rating! Knowledge, thorough and very good at explaining concerns and findings. He took his time and was very kind and paitent l... even with our our six-year-old daughter, who had lots of questions as kids that age do. Thank you Danny for being so kind during a stressful time after Hurricane Harvey. This is our second time using Bryan & Bryan- first time was four months ago for our new home inspection and the second time was 6 days after Hurricane Harvey hit and we needed thermal imaging (moisture detection inspection & after storm inspection- roof). I made arrangements on the Sunday before Labor Day 9/3/17 and Danny was able to work us in on Monday which was Labor Day 9/4/17. Wonderful to see a company working hard and on holidays to serve people affected by a lot of heartache and tragedy. Thank you again Danny for doing a thorough job on something so very important!
