ASHI’s standards are a regimented method of inspection that demands of their members extensive education (plus 20 additional hours each year), passing an exhaustive 7+ hour exam, having over 250 of their inspections audited by a committee, and then following ASHI's stringent mode of reporting, which is set up to protect the consumer. NACHI -The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world's largest, non-profit inspection association. NACHI inspectors have all successfully passed the InterNACHI's Inspector Examination, taken a Standards of Practice Quiz, completed a Code of Ethics Course, adhere to Standards of Practice, abide by a Code of Ethics, attend required continuing education courses.

Our home inspection reports set the standard for the industry and include a review of all major systems of your home. The reports provide extensive and detailed information on each system of a building and are cross-referenced for ease of use. Digital photos of significant deficiencies are included with the report to assist you in finding and repairing defects.
