Good morning Dale,
Well done; this report is outstanding.
Having said that, the seller obvioiusly misrepresented the condition of this property to me despite my extensive questioning.
I suspected a few issues would be present based on pictures the seller provided, but nothing as extensive as this. Without taking a pen out, I would estimate repairs done properly to well exceed the value of this property.
Let's continue with the remaining inspections as planned and gauge the quality of the remaining properties.
