I'm a first-time home buyer and my overall goal is to not purchase a lemon or walk into a home that needs too many repairs for me to enjoy it. Dan discovered so many things and made several suggestions for safety and to replace and bring to county standards. He even went on top of the roof and found where the shingles had been spray painted to match or "appear" repaired. He is also reasonably priced. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Mr. Flagg recently inspected a home for me. He was punctual, thorough, and had my report to me that same evening. I was present during the inspection, and Mr. Flagg was unhurried, and took the time to explain what he was doing, answering my questions and offering suggestions.
