It has been about 2 months since our home inspection. Mark was very informative and thourough at the time of inspection except for one major issue a termite inspector recently discovered. The builder managed to leave the concrete ofundation wooden form boards around the home and also under the brick face. This area is condisive to termite infestation and if know before colsing on the house, would have requested area to be treated or an allowance for such treatment. Now we are faced with $900 to treat area where the wood is not removable!
