I want to be a company of integrity, founded on Christian principles, that provides great information to my clients, but also Freedom and peace of mind that they have made the correct decision in purchasing their dream home.
I have been in the residential construction industry for over 12 years now. I have held roles from hands-on labor, to project manager, to warranty, and also quality inspections.
I launched the home inspections portion of my company due to what I saw from a builder's point of view of the home inspection. The majority of the reports I saw as a builder were those that caused my clients to distrust me as their builder and second-guess their decision in the home they were going to build/buy. This is the largest investment most people will ever make and for someone to come in and scare their client because they want to justify their job made me very frustrated. I don't need to justify my job. I will, however, properly inspect your home and inform you of any defect while highlighting only those that are of great concern to your well-being.
