Bi-Statehomeinspections

I do a complete and thorough inspection with all the latest tools and testers. I will also come out and do partial inspections such as just plumbing or electrical or any other part of your home if all you want are the working details on a certain portion of a house.

I do radon tests with a radon monitor that will give me a print out of the highs and lows, and an average over a period of time. Usually 48hrs or longer for an EPA standard.      

 I also can do an energy evaluation with the latest infrared technology. Where you may have moisture problems, or the lack of insulation.

Two years Naval construction work 30 yrs hands on construction work AHIT Certified Internachi member
