Daryl, We moved in on September 15th. so far the downstairs monitor noise was due to bad bearings,(I have a receipt of proof for the repair) Most of all the Chimney has major cracks that are a FIRE HAZARD, I had the Fire Marshall and Tristian's Chimney Service here to verify it. Both were able to shine a simple flashlight up and find them. But as proper precautions I have an estimate and pictures, both done by Tristians for you. I will be contacting your office and also mailing copies of all to show you. These items could have been fixed before I moved in if the home inspection showed them. These are not small items and each is a need and one could have caused a major fire. I have been had experience with a fire caused by this and know it is no light matter. I will be contacting you.
