I have viewed five home inspections reports in the past 5 years. Three done in Palm Coast and two done in Ohio. Combined they don't compare to the comprehensive and detailed information contained in single report. The pictures and references to pictures in the printed detail bring the information contained to the reader in a way that's easy to follow and understand. The things I would recommend to the report. Re read it and correct mistakes in grammar. When asked for the name of a contractor by someone, give the names of three companies. This removes the potential for favoritisium which might be frowned upon by some.

We canâ??t say enough good things about about our home inspector, Steve Guardino. Heâ??s thorough, professional and concise, and we felt like we had someone we could trust on our side. Our report was highly detailed, inside and out. He recommended additional areas to be further inspected by a professional and it was a good thing we did, as it was an expensive HVAC problem, most likely needing full system replacement! Steve was always there to answer questions, or got back to us in a timely manner. Most of all, he really cares about his customers. He came back 2x (no charge), once to get the contact info off a propane tank hookup, which saved me an hour drive each way. The 2nd time to re-inspect due to the water not being turned on as promised. He did have to go back a 3rd time to re-inspect for a fee, but it was for the gas appliances which he could not inspect due to the gas also not being turned on as it was supposed to have been. We highly recommend Steve to get the job done right!
