I was born and raised in Las Vegas, so I know my community well. I have 35 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction, from the foundation to the roof. I have also been a licensed REALTOR since 1999 (non-active) and know what is needed and expected from the buyer and seller, and their agents. I am first-time home buyer-friendly, as well as tuned into the needs and wants of the experienced investor, as my background helps me understand and differentiate the goals of both types of buyers.

I use state-of-the-art home inspection equipment. State law requires home inspectors to use only a 12-foot ladder and does not require us to actually traverse a roof in order to inspect it. I carry a 17-foot ladder and access and walk every roof that is deemed safe, even tile roofs.

I use HomeGauge reporting software utilizing the latest and greatest reporting software in the industry to write my home inspections reports! I will deliver your report within 24 hours following your home inspection and after your payment is received. Your report will include narratives, in addition to easy-to-read checklists, and digital photos and videos. I can email you an electronic version, and you can also download it. And my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in your report.
