Richard, I never thought of ordering a home inspection for our new home. I thought you only need an inspector for older homes. Thinking this is a great builder what could be wrong? Boy was I wrong! Our one year warranty was getting ready to expire at the same time we received your advertisement (Inspector on the Run LLC). I made the appointment thinking this is going to be a waste of money. As you were using your infrared light, to show me an active leak, the contractor just happened to ring the door bell. It couldn't have been better timing. Needless to say, they didn't leave until they found and repaired the leak as well as everything else your report noted.
