Kerry Staudt
I performed my first home inspection in 1989 and I’m still climbing the same ladder I purchased for that inspection. My professional background consists of being a general contractor, home builder, and architectural design and sales. Although I have over 35 years of experience in construction related fields, continuing education is important to me. My annual education credits are twice the minimum requirements. These experiences give me the advantage when it comes to understanding how the houses I inspect are constructed in order to better serve you.
I am an ASHI Certified Inspector. ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) is the oldest and most respected national home inspector association. I am also the Vice President of the Keystone ASHI Chapter in Reading, Pa. We meet monthly to discuss any changes in our industry and also to share in our collective experiences from the field among our group of almost 20 inspectors.
I am a PSMA (Pennsylvania Septage Management Association) certified septic inspector. You can be assured that our septic inspections are thorough and performed to the only established and accepted standards that exist.
I volunteer with The Affordable Housing Council of Lebanon County, explaining the home inspection process at their first-time home buyer classes.
I am also certified by the Pennsylvania DEP as a radon testing individual and I perform radon tests under the Integra Home Inspection’s radon testing firm certification.
