Ken, there was one spot on the roof that looked like tiles were missing photo 35. Jason Lady said that is the way it is supposed to be. The underlayment is of the same material as the flat roof over the patio and it is a deterrent to water collecting ( or something like that). Jason is going to fix the rest of the cracked tiles probably Sat. and your recommendation of a painter, Dennis McBride is going to fix the back pony wall next week. I already gave your name to my neighbor who incidentally will cut back his tree - Jordan Colbert is his name. Will call you back when everything is finished.
