About Our Inspector...

Our Principal Inspector, Larry R. Frick, is a licensed Home Inspector in NC and SC as well as a licensed NC General Contractor and a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in NC and SC.  Larry has earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from NC State University.  He is a member of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association (NCLHIA).  Larry worked as a Professional Engineer for Duke Energy, Duke Engineering Services and Duke/Fluor Daniel for 35 years and gained extensive knowledge and understanding of building systems and components.  With this diverse background and many experiences to call upon, Larry is well qualified to address the vast array of inspection and testing needs of residential customers.
