This is my first experience with Prism Home and Building Inspections - after learning more about their company I recommended to my client to use them to do the Home Inspection of a home they are purchasing in Bluffton, SC. First, it was very easy to get the inspection scheduled and they were very flexible when we had to change the inspection date. Day of the inspection, Mike Grossman was our inspector, he showed up early which was a good sign to start with. Mike was very detailed, knowledgeable and informative during the whole process and I was extremely impressed. The inspection was over are 2pm and Mike had the full report out to me and my client around 4pm and provided multiple formats of the report.
