David was highly recommended to me and when I asked him to inspect a condo I am about to purchase, I had the opportunity to observe the thorough process of his home inspection. I was very impressed by his work and knowledge. David began the inspection at the outside of the home, followed by the inside of the home. He inspected the entire home from wall to wall, including the flooring, windows, doors and fireplace. He inspected all appliances and built-ins and took many photos throughout the inside of the home as well as the outside. He followed up the inspection with his recommendations for changes or repairs, for now and in the future. He further followed up with a very detailed report including all the photos and recommendations. This report is an excellent document to review diligently and to keep as future reference. His inspection made me feel very reassured that I found the ideal home.

David Gilbert was great! I had to have a mold inspection in a pinch because of a fast-moving cash transaction, and he was able to accomodate us by doing the inspection just 24 hours after I ordered it.
