Both my son and I have used Nate to do our house inspections.
We have found Nate to be thorough and precise in his reporting of what needed to be fixed by the seller and what minor issues needed to be taken care of in the future. He walks you through the whole house explaining key details like where shut off valves are located etc.. Photos are taken of all major problems so the repairs are clear to the seller with evidence of the problem.
I would certainly recommend Nate to anyone what a thorough and precise inspection with no hidden problems showing up after moving into your new home. You will definitely know for sure what you are buying.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Nathan and RCPI!
