I was an engineer for 24 years. I have seen many construction related issues and have helped solve many. My ability to communicate and explain has proven helpful on many occusions. I also believe that the experience that I have gives me an edge on the competition when providing home inspections. I have seen issues that most inspectors will never see. I try to educate the customer about the home that they are getting inspected so that they can relate the problems or concerns with the report. This also helps the customer explain needed fixes to a repair professional.
???It is my goal to provide the customer with the information that is needed to make a sound decision about their purchase and not break the bank. I will not try to sale the customer a service that they do not need.
