I bring my 16 years of being a builder to every inspection. I'm always thorough and happy to teach you about everything I find during the process of a home inspection. I appeared in over 30 episodes on HGTV and DIY. I also speak Spanish.

We've used an inspector on 5 previous home transactions, and Jamal was by far the best. He was thorough and was quickly able to answer my questions throughout the inspection. In addition, he put the issues that arose into perspective so I could separate the major concerns from minor ones. Jamal and his wife did a great job on my inspection. This was a difficult property due to tenants being on location and a lot of stuff in and outside of the property. They hit all the places that they possibly could and even documented areas that they couldn't do due to limitations. They took their time to explain everything (and their was a lot!) to me and my wife. The report at the end is very detailed and it will help immensely in prioritizing what needs to be fixed first.
