After reviewing the inspection, I found many things that were items of interest listed as repair or replace. i.e. 1.The settling crack in the front of the house.
2. The aluminum wire is grandfathered in.
3. Most reports I have gotten over the years breaks out, safety and major concerns in the first page of the report. Most other items then become a honey do list. This report over emphazies most items as though they are all safety or major concerns.
4. We expect a thourough report with major items weighed to reflect attention.
5. The inspector was in the home near 5 hours.
