On a national level, our Franchise has been in business for over 36 years and collectively has performed more than 2,500,000 inspections.  Locally, HouseMaster has been performing inspections in the Southeast Michigan area for 33 years.  

Our inspectors are certified by the National Institute of Building inspectors (NIBI) or the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  This requires our inspector to be knowledgeable, thorough and up to date.  In Michigan there are no requirements to be a home inspector but HouseMaster requires our inspectors to obtain and maintain a professional certification to perform home inspection for our company.  

HouseMaster is fully insured with Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance.  Additionally we provide our clients a written guarantee to further protect their interests and liability.

Your HouseMaster inspection report will be delivery to you electronically on the same day as your inspection.   In addition to the ratings and comments related to the homes elements, our patented computer report includes digital photographs of defective items.
