We inform our clients about the condition, concerns, potential improvements and relative sustainability of your most important investment, your home. We look for and seek to discover the true condition of a property. We provide confidence in your purchase cost. Each inspection report provides thoroughness, attention to detail, computerized completeness and balanced condition assessments. We bring over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, inspection and financing of homes, estates, churches, and commercial properties.

How we do it:

Services are by an expert, experienced, and licensed architect with a career specialization in building analysis and sustainability. Our reporting provides both the big picture with key concerns and an inspection of your future home's major components and systems. We also provide a unique additional tailored report with green options for a more sustainable home.

ENVIRON inspections are tough, and tailored to the best interest of the buyer. The result is a balanced, detailed and objective report. We welcome our clients and their representative to shadow and participate in the inspection.
