Todd was thorough in his inspection, and when he finished, he pointed out the most important potential repairs that would be mentioned in the report (such as water infiltration danger) and how/why it should be repaired. (I deducted 1 star as there were a few non-intuitive repairs mentioned in the report (such as airflow box in the fireplace) which I did not understand, and which he had not explained in our walk through.) But Todd was very professional and personable, and very accommodating to our scheduling preferences. We would gladly work with him again.

Tood Hanes was very professional and courteous.
