I was personally recommended to Tim by a man named Tom Dunovent who has done multiple inspections for me on rental properties I own. He told me to call tim since the home inspection was in Guntersville,AL. and not in Huntsville,AL. Tim Showed up on time and was great and knew what he was talking about! He shared his knowledge and answered my questions I had for him. His report was "GREAT" plenty of pics and extra info which both me and my agent always brag about with Tim McNeese or Tom Dunovent!! Our home purchase has had a few problems with the present owners of the house. Tim made sure to go out of his way to make sure there were no issues with the present owners and myself while I was there. He inspected everything very efficiently and I actually think he looked in places I would have never thought of looking. I'm so glad he was so thorough and very nice and friendly.
