Tom was a few minutes early to the appointment (a good thing!) He gave a brief overview of what he was going to be looking for. We did some paperwork, and then began the inspection. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and his attention to detail. He seems to love his job and his work. He took the time to investigate potential issues and not just brush them off. My home inspection on a 2100 sf home built in 1924 took a little over 3 hours. He took the time to do it right! He was very friendly and explained the issues that he found. A true driven professional. I highly recommend him.
