Awesome job, Wade. I can't believe how thorough you were performing the inspection on this home. I had concerns with the structure of the home considering it was built in 1955. You pointed out a couple of minor structural issues, luckily, none of which were concerning enough to be "deal breakers" on the purchase of the home. I'm particularly appreciative of all the "minor" issues you found which, if left alone, could lead to possibly major and/or dangerous situations i.e, ungrounded electrical outlets, garage dr opener issue, etc. You really took the time necessary to explain your findings to myself and my realtor at the time of the inspection, as well as in your very thorough report, which included dozens of pictures.
