I would highly recommend David Lehman for home inspections. We purchased this home from a Home Flipper, they updated the home, and we had to obtain several inspections due to some faulty electrical work. David had to go to the location 4 times for re inspections of the work being repaired. As the home is older the insurance company needed a 4 Point Inspection. It says inspector is not required to go on the roof,but photos he took showed him up on the roof,the photos with explanations that david took were spot on,like wall plugs not working,he even mentions things that he would fix that are not really broken,and explains it,what a great job.
