Tim was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I tend to ask a number of very detailed questions and Tim was able to give me the confidence I need to understand the inspection and the state of the home I was purchasing. Additionally, I asked about a number of additional inspection that Tim could have done for me, and I was given an honest answer about the necessity of these and was not oversold on unnecessary inspections or paperwork. I also had a number of questions once the report came out. Tim answered these via e-mail the same day and in his typical thorough fashion. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone needing a home inspection.
