I especially appreciated the personal walk-thru/explanations that Mr. Harkness performed with me. His report was very well done and I liked the "summary" report of items that needed more attention. He was also cognizant of the light-color carpeting and took the initiative to use extra carpet pieces as walkway protectors. I was quite impressed with his overall performance.
