Due to going with a VA loan, my home was inspected twice. I was present during both inspections. Rodney, was more thorough during his inspection and looked at or in areas that the other inspector failed to look; Rodney used tools where the other inspector just had a light. If I ever sell my home or have someone asking for a good home inspector; I would with a dought, have them call Rodney.
