Brent LaDoux
Is a Pacific Northwest native and a college graduate from Western Washington University. He has worked in the building supply industry, custom timber frame home construction, facility and construction project management. Formerly a inspector for the City of Seattle as a Rental Registration Inspector providing inspection of rental properties in the greater Seattle area. Inspection experience has been focused on residential, condos and apartments.
We provide both seller pre-inspections and buyer/renter inspections to all five bouroughs. We can accommodate your busy schedule by providing a inspection at a time that best fits for you. Inspections can be scheduled for early morning, late evenings or on weekends. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible.
All inspections are conducted by state and nationally recognized practises. During inspections you are welcome to shadow, we will answer all questions and provide a thorough and exhaustive report. Reports includes pictures and detailed comments about all systems inspected.
It is our goal that you will be informed and educated about your property. We go beyond the normal inspection by offering further phone support about your property to answer any further questions you might have.
