I had first-time homebuyers this time around. Bob was very thorough. He took the time to explain the functions of the HVAC and went into more detail than most would. He went through the house with them explaining everything he found. He even suggested things that would help them since it was an older home such as a programmable thermostat, and never using the gas dryer and leaving the house or going to bed. He made sure they felt very comfortable with everything he found and even with general questions about maintenance in the future.
