Bradley Home Inspections

The home inspection conducted by Chuck Bradley was, bar none, the most through and comprehensive that I have ever experienced; not to mention that he is an extremely personable and responsive individual! Trying to set this up from a distance (my wife and I are currently living in Iowa and purchasing a home in North Carolina) was a breeze with Chuck. He took control and coordinated directly with the sellers agent, without hesitation, to gain access to the property . I was absolutely amazed to learn that he spent his entire day conducting the inspection. Chuck spent 7 hours on our inspection and provided a very detailed report which contained some items that were very easy and inexpensive to fix but, none-the-less, he provided them. I need to mention that we received a bid from the first home inspector we contacted where it was stated in his contract that he would only report items that would meet or exceed $900 to repair. Needless to say, we were left with a very uncomfortable feeling with that company and fortunately found Bradley Home Inspections. Chuck Bradley exceeds the "wow" factor! If you are in a position where you are shopping for a home inspector that you can trust to and exceeds your expectations, look no further.
