I was very pleased with my inspection from Mr. Charles. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing throughout the whole inspection. I felt completely comfortable with Mr. Charles before I even spoke to him. I am a person who never makes an important decision without completely thinking it out and, if possible, researching it. Carew Inspection, and Mr. Charles in particular, had excellent reviews. His former clients gave him great reviews. So when I had to make a decision on a home inspector, I was not worried at all about hiring him.
Mr. Charles was very professional and extremely thorough. When the time came for him to go over his findings with us, he explained them so that we totally understood everything about the house. He made suggestions and gave us approximation of costs for the minor repairs that were needed. His very friendly demeanor went a long way with us. He makes you feel that you are important and not just another client.
My realtor was so impressed with him that she asked for his business card so she could recommend him to her future clients.
I have no qualms about recommending Mr Charles and Carew Inspection to anyone who is looking for a quality home inspector.

What can I say.....Charles was by far the most dilligent professional I have worked with in this industry!
