Alan Miles was great. I didn't have many questions but he was quick to point out features that would improve my homeowning experience from minimizing heat loss and keeping Palmetto bugs from getting into my washing machine drain. My fiancé and I would gladly recommend Mr. Miles' services to anyone contemplating the purchase of a home.
Mr. Miles answered each of our questions in detail, often providing additional information or context that enabled us, as buyers, to better understand the need for repair or replacement of an item. At no time did we feel rushed during the inspection process. He was patient, understanding, and helpful.
Finally, Mr. Miles checked everything. His attention to detail was seen in the fact that he checked every door, electrical socket, light, appliance, etcâ?¦ He provided us with pictures, adequate explanation, and took an entire hour to go over his findings upon completion.
