Charles is an excellent inspector. What I like most about working with him is that he will discribe the things he likes about the house along with the items that need repair. Our cleints feel like he likes the house too! This Home Gauge report is very organised with all items and pictures which make notifing and negotating the inspection report very easy for both buyer and seller. He is a master plumber that we are lucky enough to get to inspect houses!
