We received the inspection report 6 days after the inspection was completed. 5 days later than promised and 3 days after the due diligence period had expired. I was told by Steve that I would receive the inspection report, along with the buyer, no later than Thursday afternoon. The inspection was done on Wednesday afternoon. After several calls and text I finally gave up I'm getting a report. Our due diligence expired on Saturday and I even called Saturday morning left him a message explaining that due diligence was up that day and I would like to see the report but never got any response. Not a phone call not a text not an email until I received the email stating that the inspection report was ready today, 6 days later. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
