DIVID DELANEY IS A BUYERS' BEST FRIEND. If you are considering buying a house and want to be comfortable with your decision, David is your best bet. He shows up to the house to be inspected hours before you are scheduled to arrive and does a complete top to bottom inspection. When you arrive, he walks you through the entire house, starting with the basement, and tells you about ever issue, in laymans terms. Being a master electrician, plumber and inspector for 20 years, he knows the business inside and out. He is also the person that instructs realtors on home inspections at conferences and is president of the organization. Even the realtors themselves widley use his services. I heard of him by reputation, and I was very impressed. Honestly, his service and duty to the buyer is unmatched.

Thank you for taking the time to not only explain in detail the various features / attributes of the home, but for also providing the information within the inspection report. The knowledge was certainly appreciated, but having a hard copy to share with my wife ensures we take full advantage of the experience both before and after the inspection.
Having gone through this process as both a buyer and a seller previously my experience during the inspection exceeded all expectations.
