I have never gone through a home inspection before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The inspection of my one story home with finished basement was completed within a few hours. CAP home inspection did a fantastic job and provided an extremely thorough inspection report that included descriptions and pictures of areas that needed improvement and their recommendations as well as areas that were okay. I would highly recommend CAP home inspection to anyone looking for a truly thorough and complete inspection. The report was given within the time frame I was told and Chris even followed up with a phone call to ensure I received all of the documents. The online report was extremely convenient as well.

CAP inspections are highly recommended. They were punctual and conducted the inspection seamlessly. We were able to jot down our own questions to ask at the end of the inspection. Chris was readily available to answer any questions after the report was generated. He was extremely polite and broke down terms for me to understand.The report included photographs of items that were issues &/or safety concerns. Over all we were very impressed with the report.
