The home inspector was very knowledgable, observant and very efficient. I was really impressed when he found that the master bath shower drain cover was not secured as it should have been. He also made a suggestion about budgeting for a new roof since the house is ten years old and the shingles are fifteen year shingles. The inspector also took the time to show me how to operate the gas fireplace and answer my questions. I would recommend this service to others and use them in any future real estate purchases.

I am a first time homebuyer who knows nothing about home repairs and issues. Chuck was very thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and to inform me about what he found.
