This guy is amazing. He was so complete and was able to articulate the severity/importance of each thing he found very well to us-- homeowners who don't have much experience with this kind of thing.
And his professionalism was top notch. Not only was he perfectly punctual and detail oriented but he even walked far to the side when removing his protective suit to keep from dust soiling us or the patio.
Sounds silly but shows genuine concern for the client.
