Justin was very friendly, and more importantly, he was extremely thorough with the inspection. He not only showed me any areas of concern, but he took snap shots of each area, and using captions and arrows, he included info under each picture. Once the entire inspection was completed, he went over the report step by step to re-explain, and to answer any questions I had. Before I got home, he has already sent me the electronic copy of the report to view myself at my own pace.
I will most definitely recommend him to others in the future.
