At Real Horizons, we encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection so that we may point out, first hand, those issues they should be aware of.  We understand that for many, the purchase of a home may be the greatest financial committment they ever make and want them to be aware of the current conditon of the property before making the decision to buy.
Our inspections cover virtually everythig from foundation to roof and for those clients purchasing a new construction home, we will also inspect/observe all cosmetic issues as well.  Of course, all of our inspections include a full thermal scan of the home with an infrared camera.

Addressed many of my concerns before the inspection. Accommodated our last minute scheduling.
