I've been asked about providing home inspection reports "on-site". The quick and responsible answer is: "NO". All of the time I book with you is spent on the inspection of the property. My focus, as your home inspector, is on the critical data collection and sharing of this information. It can take an additional 2-3 hours to write the comprehensive and detailed home inspection report. I do the report the evening of the inspection. The following morning I proof read the report and email it out.
All of my inspection reports must be authentic and stand up to critical examination. I continue to build my reputation one inspection at a time to ensure you get the quality service you expect from your inspector.
