Mike did an absolutely outstanding job in my home inspection. He was very accommodating in the set up and scheduling of the inspection. We also needed a radon test done and he has the capability to do a short term radon test along with the home inspection itself. He also knows what he is talking about. His background is a handyman and along the home inspection gave us great advice on anything that had a defect, and how we should go about fixing that. He covered every single part of the house for us and gave us the results in a straightforward way. He is very thorough with his work and very easygoing and nice to work with. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone needing an inspection in the area.

I chose Mike for my home inspections because he is ASHI certified. He saved me from a potential money pit with the first home he inspected for me. I appreciated the thorough explanation of all the areas that would need to be addressed in the 100 plus year old home. As first time home buyers we knew little about inspecting the house we wanted to buy. Michael provided a very complete report of everything we needed to know and he saw so many things we missed when looking at the home on our own. Michael is clearly experienced and his work ethic is rock solid. Our experience was so good I must provide positive feedback. We received so much helpful advice - Its great to find out what the house is really going to cost to fix up rather than our belief that what we saw looked fine and was therefore good enough. We almost walked into a money pit.

We are first time home buyers and we're very happy that we chose Mike. His affiliation with ASHI was reassuring because we know they are stringent on who can be ASHI certified. He made sure to explain various things and take the extra time to give us tips even if nothing was wrong so we could have a better sense of the structure of our home. We both feel better equipped to be homeowners because he took that extra time. His inspection was very comprehensive - we know from his inspection the house's worry spots, what issues need to be fixed right now or later, and what we can expect to worry about in a few years. In addition, he was professional but approachable and friendly. He does a great job explaining issues (what the issue is and why it is important) which helped us to get a better sense of how critical an issue could be. Loved working with him and were very happy with the results!
